The Strategic Plan

Developed by the AIOH Council, the Strategic Plan provides a clear vision and mission for the Institute, identifies key areas of focus in which work is conducted toward achieving the stated goals, and assists the AIOH Council to assess performance in relation to these goals. The five year plan is reviewed and refreshed by the Council annually.

The Council also approves an annual business plan which is aligned to the Strategic Plan and provides detail of the annual program of work toward strategic goals.
